Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process automation, business analysis, or ERP-related roles.
• Experience with AI tools (Joule preferred but open to Glean, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Knowledge of SAP ABAP/UI5, .Net and Automation Anywhere.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end business processes within ERP systems, including SAP, to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
• Identify, validate, and prioritize automation opportunities in partnership with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and intelligent workflow solutions.
• Lead process discovery efforts, including interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis, to define current and future state processes.
• Identify process gaps and uncover inefficiencies to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement automation solutions and software tools that streamline routine tasks and integrate human and system activities.
• Apply advanced analytics, AI/ML techniques to identify patterns and generate business insights.
• Support data-driven decision-making through analytical modeling and insight generation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate process improvements and technology solutions.
• Plan, manage, and deliver small projects or workstreams aligned to defined timelines and outcomes.
• Perform system testing and validate solutions to ensure functionality, quality, and performance standards.
• Monitor application performance and recommend ongoing enhancements to optimize system capabilities.
