Job summary

Phillips 66 is seeking an Advisor, Workforce Reporting & Insights to design, develop, and deliver workforce analytics and reporting that inform HR and business leadership decisions.

The role blends data science, business analytics, and data storytelling to steward reporting products and self-service capabilities across multiple HR data sources. Position can be based in Bartlesville or Houston.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in workforce analytics, data science, or related field.
• Proficiency in data visualization and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Experience leading analytical engagements from intake to delivery.
• Ability to translate business questions into hypotheses and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, business, and leaders to define priorities and translate problems into hypotheses and deliverables.
• Lead analytical engagements from scoping to delivery and follow-up.
• Advise stakeholders on metrics, methods, and interpretation of results.
• Develop recommendations linking findings to talent supply, retention, mobility, hiring, and organizational effectiveness.
• Build trusted relationships and manage expectations regarding data availability and confidence.
