Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years of experience in process automation, business analysis, or ERP-related roles
- 1 or more years of experience with AI tools (experience with Joule is preferred but open to Glean, Copolit, ChatGPT, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end business processes within ERP systems, including SAP, to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
- Identify, validate, and prioritize automation opportunities with stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and intelligent workflow solutions.
- Lead process discovery through interviews, workshops, workflow analysis to define current and future state processes.
- Identify process gaps and uncover inefficiencies to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement automation solutions and tools that streamline tasks and integrate human and system activities.
- Apply AI/ML techniques to identify patterns and generate insights.
- Support data-driven decision-making through analytical modeling and insight generation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
- Plan, manage, and deliver small projects or workstreams with defined timelines.
- Perform system testing and validate solutions for quality and performance.
- Monitor application performance and recommend enhancements.
