Job summary

GoIntellects Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Technical Master for a long-term government contract in Washington, DC.

The role focuses on ERP technical leadership with PeopleSoft HCM, payroll, budgeting, and position management, aiming to support modernization of the District’s financial systems. The candidate will lead system analysis, requirements definition, and complex ERP integrations (Oracle Cloud/EBS/PeopleSoft FSCM) with state and federal standards in mind.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with leading ERP projects and systems analysis for government needs.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, Payroll, and budgeting functions; familiarity with SOAR is a plus.

Responsibilities

Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on user needs and industry requirements.
Provide subject matter expertise in PeopleSoft Payroll, Commitment Accounting and Position Management.
Analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into system requirements specifications.
Consult on complex projects as top-level contributor in systems analysis, considering technology’s business implications.
Experience with ERP integrations including Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS or PeopleSoft FSCM is highly desired.
Understand budgeting and position management in a government environment.
Develop data extraction, translation and load programs; knowledge of the District’s SOAR is desired.
Experience with U.S. Federal installation of PeopleSoft is highly desired.
