Tampa Maid Foods, Inc. in Lakeland, FL, seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst (ERP & Manufacturing) to drive how our ERP platform, reporting tools, integrations, and business applications are used across a complex manufacturing environment.

This hands-on, high-visibility role partners with leaders across Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Quality to translate business needs into effective system solutions, with Sage X3 experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience supporting ERP systems within a manufacturing, distribution, or complex operations environment.
• Sage X3 experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process discovery and translate operational needs into ERP configurations, reporting, and integrations.
• Serve as a primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality.
• Evaluate current processes, identify gaps, and recommend system or process improvements.
• Partner with users to define requirements and determine appropriate technical solutions.
• Support and enhance Sage X3, reporting tools, and integrated applications.
• Coordinate with outside vendors on system issues and projects.
• Troubleshoot application and process issues and drive resolution.
• Support testing, documentation, implementation, and user adoption of changes.
• Provide guidance to junior analysts.
• Prioritize competing requests across functions.
