Job summary

Ad Populum LLC is seeking a Sage X3 IT Business Project Manager to bridge IT and the business, ensuring Sage X3 supports wholesale, distribution, and e-commerce operations. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Sage X3 experience in a related role.
• Strong ERP knowledge across wholesale, distribution, retail or e-commerce.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, testing and process improvement.
• Experience with ERP integrations (e-commerce, warehouse, logistics or similar).
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Sage X3 functional specialist and primary contact.
• Provide day-to-day application support and coordinate resolution with teams and vendors.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to streamline wholesale and e-commerce processes.
• Configure Sage X3 and support enhancements, reports, and integrations.
• Support end-to-end processes including orders, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, shipping, invoicing and finance.
• Support integrations with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces and logistics systems.
• Develop functional specifications and work with developers/vendors on improvements.
• Plan and execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Support upgrades, patches, releases and post-go-live activities.
• Maintain system documentation, workflows, and user guides.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process standardization.
• Provide user training and promote effective use of Sage X3.
• Manage vendor support cases as the functional liaison.
• Ensure changes follow IT governance and change management processes.
