Job summary

NexTec Group is seeking a Senior X3 Operations Consultant to lead ERP projects across the Sage X3 suite and expand consulting skills for successful implementations. The role supports a nationwide US footprint with remote work eligibility.

The candidate will drive requirements, design, training, testing and go-live activities, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and continuing Sage X3 certification development.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of ERP implementation experience.
• Minimum of three years implementing Sage X3.
• Ability to describe end-to-end business processes and integration points.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading requirements gathering and design for operations modules.
• Overseeing configuration, training, testing and go-live activities for medium complexity projects.
• Provide guidance with minimal escalation and issue resolution.
• Coach team members and ensure NexTec methodologies are followed.
• Negotiate resolutions with stakeholders and maintain trusted advisor relationships.
