Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Process Systems Engineer to help define, develop, and implement future-state ERP operating models for manufacturing. This role partners across operations, engineering, IT, and business teams to translate shop-floor needs into practical process and system solutions spanning production picking through final packaging.

You will apply lean thinking to simplify work, lead cross-functional requirements, and guide workstation design, data visibility, and implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations or related process improvement work.
• Experience with production process design and continuous improvement concepts.
• Experience supporting ERP, MES, or other manufacturing technology implementations; D365 beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability leading project tasks and communicating with stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools and clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define detailed business processes and requirements for ERP manufacturing functionality across picking, fabrication, assembly, material movement, quality, labor, and packaging.
• Apply lean principles to evaluate current and future-state processes and align system design with efficient manufacturing execution.
• Lead cross-functional requirements gathering via interviews, workshops, value stream mapping and shop-floor observation.
• Translate manufacturing needs into clear business requirements, process flows, test scenarios, training needs, and governance standards.
• Partner with operations, engineering, IT, and site stakeholders to align future-state processes with practical production requirements.
• Guide workstation and production execution design, including operator interfaces, pick lists, and workflow requirements.
• Identify requirements for constraints, labor distribution, training tracking, KPIs, and production visibility.
• Use structured problem-solving to define root causes and recommend system-enabled improvements.
• Lead project activities, coordinate resources, and drive deliverables to completion.
• Travel up to 25% and 50% to enable site engagement and implementation activities.
• Communicate updates and milestones to team members, leadership, and stakeholders.
