Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Engineer EPT to help define, develop, and implement ERP operating models for manufacturing. You will partner across operations, engineering, IT, and business teams to translate shop-floor needs into practical processes and system solutions—from production picking to final packaging, with a focus on lean execution.

You'll lead cross-functional requirements gathering, align with lean practices, and drive practical improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
5+ years in manufacturing, engineering, or process improvement roles.
Experience with ERP/MES implementations and D365 is advantageous.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate with stakeholders.
Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Define ERP manufacturing processes for picking, fabrication, assembly, and packaging.
Lead requirements gathering with cross-functional teams and observe shop floor.
Translate needs into clear requirements, workflows, and test scenarios.
Drive project deliverables and coordinate resources across sites.
Travel up to 25-50% for site engagement and implementation activities.
