Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Deep expertise in the Autowork One system or comparable Automotive Service POS or ERP platform experience.
Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development capability.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team of Consultants and Technical resources.
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality implementations.
Accountable for team performance, operational excellence.

Skills

Extensive hands-on experience with ERP systems

Strong experience delivering customer-facing technical solutions

Proven experience leading technical teams

Solid understanding of ERP data structures

Experience with advanced data tools and technologies

Excellent communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
