Job summary

Jobgether seeks an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a large-scale ERP implementation and enterprise digital transformation program. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of complex technology and business workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.

Ideal candidates will manage scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and quality, with experience in SIT/UAT and working with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex ERP projects in large organizations.
• Led deployment, implementation, or migration of ERP platforms.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, cloud technologies, requirements analysis, and deployment.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business or related field.
• Experience in SIT and UAT with ERP vendors and functional leads.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work US ET business hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale ERP implementations and transformations.
• Manage day-to-day project operations, milestones, risks, issues, and budgets.
• Build and coordinate project teams across workstreams and vendors.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, functional leads, and stakeholders to maintain alignment.
• Oversee ERP design and configuration decisions and escalate issues.
• Identify risks and ensure timely mitigation and resolution.
• Lead SIT and UAT coordination to reflect future-state processes.
• Provide status reporting to executives and steering committees.
