Job summary

Priority Software, a leading cloud-based ERP and business management provider, is seeking an experienced Senior ERP Implementation Consultant to join our North America Delivery team. This hands-on role will own ERP implementations from discovery through go-live, working directly with customers to analyze processes, configure solutions, and deliver ERP projects end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ERP implementation consulting experience.
• Experience implementing ERP solutions for vendors, partners, or services organizations.
• Proven lead experience across end-to-end ERP lifecycles.
• Strong communication with business users and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from discovery through go-live and post-go-live support.
• Analyze customer business processes and translate requirements into ERP solutions.
• Configure ERP solutions and lead data migration, workshops, testing, training, and deployment.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, escalations, and customer expectations.
• Prepare functional specs for customizations and integrations with development teams.
• Build trusted customer relationships and act as a functional advisor.
• Contribute to best practices, documentation, and continuous improvements.
