Job summary
Broughton Group is seeking experienced professionals with 4-7 years in ERP implementation, systems consulting, or finance transformation to join our team in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate has hands-on ERP experience and a strong understanding of core accounting workflows.
The role requires customer-facing communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Experience with NetSuite, SAP, or Workday is highly valued.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years in ERP implementation, systems consulting, or finance transformation
- Background in SaaS, high-growth technology companies, or implementation/consulting environments is strongly preferred
- Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Workday, etc.), including requirements, configuration, data migration, and go-live
- Strong understanding of core accounting workflows (close, reconciliations, ASC 606) and how they translate into systems
- Customer-facing with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Systems-minded with solid project management; able to run multiple workstreams
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and highly detail-oriented
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
