Eide Bailly LLP in Las Vegas is seeking a Business and ERP Implementation Advisor to lead client-side ERP initiatives, focusing on school districts and public sector projects. You will advise executives, assess risk, and guide governance and change management across complex ERP programs.

The role combines independent client counsel with hands-on evaluation of implementation plans, data conversions, and vendor selections, with hybrid work and travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Multiple years of ERP implementation or advisory experience.
• School district ERP experience preferred.
• Experience with Tier 1 ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Workday) or comparable.
• Ability to advise senior client leaders and communicate risks.
• Hands-on ERP implementation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation advice for ERP initiatives across client projects.
• Advise executives on status, risks, and governance decisions.
• Evaluate partner plans, timelines, and go-live readiness.
• Identify risks early and propose corrective actions.
• Present clear status reports and risk summaries to clients.
• Facilitate cross-team discussions among clients, vendors, and partners.
• Conduct technology assessments and roadmap development.
• Advise on governance, change management, and adoption.
• Assess technology options for fit, value, and ROI.
• Apply enterprise tech knowledge to client strategy.
• Travel up to 30% and on-site client work as needed.
• Build trusted relationships to grow the practice.
