Job summary

University of Central Florida is seeking a Senior ERP Business Systems Analyst to support Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions within the UCF IT Student Systems team. You will partner with university stakeholders to analyze requirements, document functional specs, and support upgrades, patches, and testing to keep critical business operations running smoothly.

The role extends to FSCM and HCM data domains and requires strong communication, project coordination, and ability to translate business

Qualifications

ERP experience, preferably in higher education.
Advanced knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
Experience with full lifecycle of ERP projects and data mapping.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs and documentation.
Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Lead stakeholder engagements and document system requirements into functional specifications.
Manage project deliverables and maintain documentation standards.
Provide senior ERP operational support and coordinate issue resolution with teams.
Lead functional testing and contribute to training materials.
