Job summary

Trek Bicycle Corporation is seeking a Senior ERP Software Engineer to join the ERP team, focusing on JDE-based development, integrations, and production support. The role blends technical coding with business analysis, touching Finance, Manufacturing, and Sales & Distribution across the ERP ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize ERP solutions, mentor teammates, and drive best practices while engaging with stakeholders to translate needs into technical outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ERP development with JDE expertise.
• Ability to architect and deliver end-to-end technical solutions across the ERP lifecycle.
• Advanced proficiency in JDE customization tools including Form Design Aid, Report Design Aid, and Orchestrator.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes across Finance, Manufacturing, and Sales & Distribution.
• Excellent communication with non-technical partners and stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team standards.
• Proficiency applying AI tools to ERP workflows to improve quality and speed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain JDE customizations, orchestrations, and integrations.
• Lead ERP projects, including scoping, design, implementation, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, review, and refine requirements.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Document architecture, integration aspects, and configurations for knowledge base.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members on ERP development practices.
• Apply AI-assisted coding and automation techniques to ERP projects.
