Job summary

Trek Bicycle Corporation is seeking an accomplished Software Development Manager to lead our ERP engineering team focused on the Sales & Distribution domain within the JDE ERP platform. This role interfaces with business partners and technology staff to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will manage engineers, drive end-to-end ERP projects, and champion responsible AI adoption and robust integrations across the enterprise. This on-site role supports Trek's growth and global ERP roadmap.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree in a related field; strong leadership experience.
5+ years in business/systems development with at least 2 years technical leadership.
Experience delivering complex ERP projects and partnering with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead a software engineers team with performance reviews and career development.
Own Sales & Distribution ERP modules including order management, pricing, master data, distribution and returns.
Ensure on-time ERP project delivery that meets business requirements and quality standards.
Define requirements with stakeholders for ERP implementations and upgrades.
Translate business processes into robust ERP and integrations.
Contribute to ERP architecture and long-term roadmaps for growth.
Enforce SDLC best practices, version control, testing, and deployment.
Lead AI adoption and responsible engineering practices within the team.
