Trek Bicycle Corporation seeks a Senior Software Engineer for the ERP team, focusing on JDE customization, integrations, and production support. This hybrid role blends development with business analysis to deliver end-to-end ERP solutions across Finance, Manufacturing, and Sales & Distribution.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in ERP with JDE expertise, strong design and documentation skills, and the ability to mentor teammates while driving best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years ERP development with JDE expertise.
• Architect, document, and deliver end-to-end technical solutions across the full ERP lifecycle.
• Advanced proficiency in JDE customization tools including Form Design Aid, Report Design Aid, Business Function development, and Orchestrator.
• Strong ERP business process understanding across Finance, Manufacturing, and Sales & Distribution.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain JDE customizations, orchestrations, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Lead ERP projects from scoping, design, implementation to go-live and production support.
• Triage and resolve complex ERP production issues and document solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce development standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
