Trek Bicycle Corporation is seeking an accomplished Software Development Manager to lead our ERP engineering team, focusing on Sales & Distribution within the JDE ERP platform. You will drive architecture, design, and delivery across the full lifecycle from scoping to production support.

You will mentor engineers, manage project timelines, and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable ERP solutions that align with Trek's growth and customer-focused strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in business or systems development with at least 2 years in technical leadership.
• Proven track record managing software teams and ERP projects.
• Experience with JDE development tools and ERP Sales & Distribution processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP engineering team with focus on Sales & Distribution modules.
• Oversee design, build, and go-live of ERP solutions and integrations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and priorities.
• Ensure SDLC best practices, code reviews, and production issue resolution.
• Promote AI-assisted discovery and responsible AI practices within the team.
