Job summary

Trek Bicycle Corporation seeks a Software Development Manager to lead the ERP engineering team, focusing on Sales & Distribution within the JDE ERP platform. You’ll partner with business stakeholders to deliver robust ERP solutions, drive architecture, and ensure high-quality production support across connected systems.

You will guide a hands-on team, emphasize SDLC best practices, and mentor engineers while advancing the ERP roadmap for Trek’s growth and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in software/ERP development or implementation.
• Experience leading software teams and ERP projects.
• Deep knowledge of Sales & Distribution processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP/JDE development and implementation across Sales & Distribution modules.
• Oversee integration with third-party systems and data pipelines.
• Drive SDLC adherence, code reviews, and production support.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and roadmaps.
