Trek Bicycle Corporation is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the ERP team, focusing on JDE ERP design, development, and integrations. The role combines technical development with business analysis and spans Finance, Manufacturing, and Sales & Distribution.

Responsibilities include leading ERP projects, refining requirements, and mentoring junior engineers. A strong background in JDE tools and APIs, plus experience with AI-assisted workflows, is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ERP development with JDE experience.
• Ability to architect, document and deliver end-to-end ERP solutions.
• Strong knowledge of JDE customization tools and ERP processes.
• Experience mentoring engineers and collaborating with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain JDE customizations and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and translate them to tech specs.
• Lead ERP project scope, design, implementation, and go-live support.
• Analyze and optimize ERP business processes; perform code reviews and ensure quality.
• Provide guidance and training on ERP development practices.
