Job summary

Trek Bicycle Corporation seeks a Senior Software Engineer for our ERP team in Waterloo, WI. The role blends software development with business analysis to support JDE ERP and related integrations across Finance, Manufacturing, and Sales & Distribution.

You will design and implement JDE customizations, orchestrations, and third-party integrations, while partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ERP development with JDE
• Ability to architect end-to-end technical solutions across ERP lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of JDE customization tools: Form Design Aid, Report Design Aid, Business Function, Orchestrator
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Proven code-review discipline and mentoring skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain JDE customizations and integrations
• Lead ERP projects from scoping to go-live and production support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and translate them into technical specs
• Triage complex production issues and document solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and promote development best practices
