Job summary

Center for Elders’ Independence in Oakland, CA seeks a Senior Engineer – ERP Application Support to provide day-to-day operational support, configuration, and issue resolution for ERP systems supporting Finance and HR. The Senior Engineer collaborates with Finance stakeholders and IT partners to maintain system stability and compliant operations.

Responsibilities include configuring ERP applications, managing user access, integrations with EMR/CRM and banking platforms, and supporting audits

Qualifications

Associates degree in CS/IT/Finance or related field.
5+ years ERP application support experience.
Experience supporting financial or HR systems in regulated environments.
Experience working with vendors and third-party service providers.

Responsibilities

Understand operational needs and application issues with Finance, HR, vendors, and IT partners.
Provide hands-on ERP application support including configuration changes and user access management.
Support ERP integrations with EMR, CRM, banking platforms and third-party vendors.
Monitor ERP health and troubleshoot incidents and data discrepancies.
Ensure ERP applications comply with security policies and healthcare regulations; assist audits.
Maintain documentation for ERP configurations and workflows.
Provide user training and guidance to Finance and HR staff.
Assist with onboarding for new support staff.
