Job summary

Center for Elders' Independence seeks a Senior Business Systems Engineer to provide senior technical and operational support across CEI's enterprise business applications. You will work on applications supporting claims, finance, contracts, enrollment, outreach, and provider payment, translating business requirements into scalable system configurations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in business systems engineering, enterprise application support, or related role.
Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Conga, EZCap, or similar.
Understanding of governance, version control, data quality, security, and operational controls.
Experience handling HIPAA-regulated data and production change-management is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide senior technical and operational support for enterprise applications (EZCap, Salesforce, Conga, finance systems, claims, provider-payment platforms).
Troubleshoot complex configurations, workflows, mappings, permissions, file-loads, interfaces, data, and reporting issues.
Coordinate incidents, vendor escalations, and cross-system changes with business teams.
Translate business requirements into maintainable system configurations, workflows, interfaces, and validation rules.
Develop test scenarios and support testing, UAT, and production deployments.
Create and maintain system documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials.
