Job summary

Arabella Advisors seeks a Senior IT Administrator for Managed Organizations Finance to drive ERP support, data warehousing, and analytics across nonprofit portfolios. You will work with business stakeholders, guide developers, and shape IT controls and reporting to enable strategic decisions.

You will design ETL processes, build dashboards, and ensure data quality across the ERP ecosystem while collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining best practices in nonprofit finance IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information systems / accounting / nonprofit administration.
• Minimum of three (3) years working knowledge of Great Plains (GP).
• Minimum of three (3) years working with SQL Server Data Warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in ERP, database implementation and project deployments; create and maintain SQL Server procedures for data validation, reports and notifications.
• Create, maintain, and distribute reports with Microsoft Great Plains (GP) and Solver.
• Own and update the product roadmap for ERP maintenance and enhancements.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications, including ETL and reporting needs.
• Design, build, and test ETL processes using SSIS to move and transform data.
