Job summary

Lone Star College in Houston seeks a Senior Business Analyst, Enterprise Applications (ERP) to design, deliver, and maintain complex business systems and processes. You will apply project management practices, develop expertise across multiple business areas, and serve as a bridge between business units and the project team.

The role requires 5+ years in IT/application support and 4+ years in data analysis, plus PeopleSoft and PeopleTools experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of IT/application support and 4 years of data analysis experience.
Experience with PeopleSoft 9.x or greater.
Experience with PeopleTools 8.5x or greater.
ITIL Foundation Certification or industry recognized equivalent experience.
Certified Associate Business Analyst (CABA) or industry recognized equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Identify business system requirements by interviewing clients and analyzing processes.
Document business requirements with sign-off from stakeholders; suggest process improvements.
Design and configure high-quality system solutions; prepare functional specs and user documentation.
Create test plans and scripts; conduct unit and integration testing with customers.
Maintain and enhance delivered solutions; support configuration and improvements.
Lead technical projects and supervise staff as needed; handle on-call support.
