Job summary

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is seeking an ERP Business Analyst to support an enterprise-level program in a federal environment. You will analyze business requirements, configure ERP workflows, and coordinate testing and deployment across client/server platforms.

The role involves collaborating with business users and technical teams, supporting upgrades and documentation to ensure ERP functionality aligns with mission needs. Must be able to operate in a federal contracting setting.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of relevant experience.
• 8570 Baseline IAM Level I
• Relevant certification from nationally recognized technical authority.
• Secret clearance is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of ERP systems.
• Analyzes business requirements and processes, configures workflows, and supports client/server integrations.
• Performs system testing, data validation, troubleshooting, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborates with business and technical teams to support system enhancements, upgrades, documentation, and ERP operations.
