Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP or business systems.
• Experience supporting software implementations and process improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements
