Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Applications Support Specialist who will manage resolution of application and system issues across the business. This fully remote role prefers candidates located near our offices in California or Texas and aligned with Pacific Time business hours.

You will work with Vista Viewpoint, PVault, and other applications, handle help desk tickets, user provisioning, integrations, and maintain end-user docs, while supporting audits and multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or IT preferred.
• Experience in a Citrix environment.
• Experience supporting PVault and Vista Viewpoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong documentation.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with tight schedules.
• Experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Experience with SQL database queries.
• Compensation range is $65,000–$72,000, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolve application and system issues across the business.

• Assist with auditor requests on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Job Overview:

Primoris Services Corporation is currently searching search of an experienced Applications Support Specialist. The Applications Support Specialist is responsible for managing the resolution of application and system issues that arise across the business. This position is fully remote; however, preference will be given to candidates located near our corporate offices in California or Texas. Candidates must reside in or be willing to work within Pacific Time Zone business hours.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Possess specialist knowledge of various applications and software including but not limited to Vista Viewpoint and PVault.
• Manage help desk tickets assigned with quick resolution.
• Set up new users, user maintenance, and user terminations.
• Assist with systems integrations/conversions.
• Maintain and update end user documentation and procedures.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly auditor request as assigned.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of IT experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or IT major/concentration preferred.
• Experience managing and supporting applications in a Citrix environment.
• Experience supporting business applications such as PVault and Vista Viewpoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to create organized and informative reports, as well as comprehensive and accurate documentation.
• Ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight schedules.
• Experience in construction industry preferred.
• Experience with SQL database queries.
• Compensation range is $65 - 72K, dependent on experience.
