Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Senior Application Analyst to bridge technical and business teams, ensuring highly available systems that align with business objectives. You will support PDI Enterprise modules, triage production issues and coordinate upgrades while maintaining SOX compliance and quality controls.

Key responsibilities include developing SSRS reports, analyzing data for end users and audits, and coordinating testing during deployments, with emphasis on strong collaboration across IT

Qualifications

• Five years of related experience in ERP systems.
• Three years of experience with PDI Enterprise Suite.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Strong SQL scripting and SSRS knowledge.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Knowledge of system architecture and scripting (Python/PowerShell).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced-level support for PDI Enterprise applications and resolve complex issues.
• Triages, researches and remediates production issues; coordinates upgrades with stakeholders.
• Monitor interfaces and remediate batch failures; document solutions.
• Develop SSRS reports and perform data analysis for end users and audits.
• Support UAT during upgrade cycles and integration projects.
