Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking an ERP Analyst to maintain and operate the ERP system, handling installation, configuration, upgrades and security. You will plan change management for third-party integrations, develop user reports with SQL, and maintain system documentation.

Ideal candidates will have ERP-LX knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or with teams to ensure reliable, secure operations across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizens or Green Card holders; no sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related IT field or 4-5 years IT experience.
• Functional ERP-LX knowledge; support user requirements.
• Experience using SQL to develop user reports and analyze data.
• Excellent communication; explain procedures to end-users and consultants.
• Business acumen to interact with IT service providers for contracts.
• Critical thinking and troubleshooting; capable of independent work.
• RPG programming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support user requests and provide guidance on software functionality.
• Identify, schedule, and coordinate software training.
• Submit and follow up on software support cases.
• Coordinate with outside resources providing programming specs.
• Use SQL to create ad hoc reports and validate data.
• Create and maintain LX/MES/Touchpath dashboard data and views.
• Maintain IDF objects, views, and subsets; ensure data quality.
• Schedule and monitor Robot jobs; ensure reports are distributed.
• Document procedures and scripts; organize important references.
• Ensure IBM iSeries backups; restore archived data when needed.
• Work with off-hours technical support as required.
