Job summary

University of Central Florida seeks an experienced Senior ERP Business Systems Analyst to support Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and related FSCM/HCM modules. You will lead requirements analysis, document business processes, and collaborate with stakeholders and developers to improve system functionality and data analytics.

You will drive testing, training, and maintenance while coordinating upgrades, patches, and performance improvements to support campus operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of ERP experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience supporting ERP in higher education preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft CS, FSCM and HCM modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder meetings to gather and document system requirements.
• Analyze business processes and propose re-engineering opportunities.
• Provide project and documentation management for patches and upgrades.
• Support ERP maintenance planning and testing and provide end-user training.
