Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma with 9 years of experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably in a university environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and related modules (FSCM/HCM).
• Experience leading complex system implementations, upgrades, testing, or process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder meetings to gather and document system requirements.
• Develop functional specifications and data flow diagrams.
• Support testing, upgrades, and maintenance of CS production applications.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to analysts and users.
