Job summary

University of Central Florida’s University Operations seeks a Workday Administrator III to manage and optimize the Workday ERP across functional areas at the Orlando campus. You will collaborate with partners and IT teams to ensure data integrity and deliver solutions that enhance operations.

Responsibilities include upgrades, training end users, documenting configurations, and mentoring student apprentices while keeping pace with evolving Workday capabilities. This role is a key part of UCF IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years of related work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday ERP administration and configuration.
• Experience collaborating with business partners and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize the Workday ERP system within assigned functional areas.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and audit data integrity.
• Lead upgrades, testing, and maintenance activities for new functionality.
• Deliver end-user training and produce training materials.
• Mentor student apprentices and share knowledge with colleagues.
