Qualifications

• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex stakeholder engagement and functional analysis activities.
• Gathers, analyzes, and documents system requirements; translates into functional specifications and project plans.
• Manages deliverables, project documentation, and testing for patches and upgrades.
• Serves as senior escalation point for ERP issues; coordinates resolution with developers and support teams.
• Performs functional testing and develops training materials; mentors junior staff.
