Job summary
UF Health is seeking a remote ERP Analyst to support and enhance our ERP systems critical to healthcare operations. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements with stakeholders, and assist in designing and configuring ERP solutions, while supporting testing and end-user training.
Collaborate with technical teams and business users to maintain alignment, monitor system performance, and document ERP processes and changes.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience supporting ERP system implementation and maintenance.
- Basic understanding of business process analysis and ERP system configuration.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
- Ability to support system testing and provide end-user training.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms and system performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes to identify ERP improvements.
- Gather and document requirements with stakeholders.
