Job summary

Cook County is seeking a Senior ERP Analyst to support the ERP system across Employee Benefits and Human Resources. You will work with process owners to analyze, document, and optimize workflows, ensuring best practices and training materials are maintained.

You will gather requirements, design reporting solutions, and help test and implement solutions, including third-party interfaces, with a focus on accuracy and governance within ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is required.
• 4 years of implementing or supporting ERP systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Support, analyze, document, and enhance ERP business processes with users.
• Create business process documentation, update training materials, develop test scripts, and support user-acceptance testing.
• Gather requirements, prioritize requests, and develop reporting solutions while supporting third-party interfaces within ERP systems.
• Participate in data governance initiatives across the County.
