The Senior ERP Analyst will report to the Deputy Director of ERP. This position will support the Employee Benefits and Human Resources area of ERP. Work directly with business-process owners to support, analyze, document, and enhance business processes within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Assist users on ways to optimize use of the system and advance the adoption of system best practices. Create business process documentation to update training materials, develop test scripts, and support user-acceptance testing. Participate in the review, evaluation, configuration, testing, and implementation of solutions to identify and minimize gaps. Gather requirements, recommend solutions, prioritize requests, and develop reporting solutions while supporting third-party interfaces within ERP systems. Participate in County-wide data governance initiatives.
