Job summary

Cook County Government is seeking an HRIS Analyst to assist and support HRIS initiatives, including design, analysis, testing, reporting, and training. You will support HRIS functions such as administration, data validation, documentation, and system testing, while helping end users with questions and producing standard HR reports.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years in HRIS/HR technology or equivalent experience, and a proven ability to develop queries, reports, and user

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and 2+ years of HRIS/HR technology experience or equivalent combination
• Experience with HRIS, reporting, data validation, and system testing is preferred
• Ability to create queries and reports and provide end-user training and documentation

Responsibilities

• Assist and support HRIS initiatives including design, analysis, testing, reporting and training
• Support day-to-day HRIS functions including administration, data validation, documentation and testing
• Create and maintain documentation and standard HRIS reports for internal customers
• Provide training and respond to functional questions from end users and support audits
