Job summary

Westrock Company, Inc. seeks a Senior Risk Analyst to support the Enterprise Risk Management program across the organization. You will identify, assess, monitor, and report key risks, contributing to a scalable risk process that informs decision‑making and strategic objectives.

You will collaborate with business leaders, maintain the risk register, prepare executive and Board materials, and help link risks to mitigation plans and internal audit activities, driving risk awareness across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement in Accounting, Finance, Business, Risk, or related field.
• 3+ years in enterprise risk management, internal audit, finance, or compliance.
• Experience supporting risk assessments or cross‑functional processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data synthesis ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with executive‑level materials prep.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and enhancement of the ERM program across the organization.
• Coordinate enterprise risk assessments, interview risk owners, document changes in risk exposure.
• Maintain and enhance the enterprise risk register for accuracy and alignment with priorities.
• Develop executive and Board‑level reporting materials for leadership and Audit Committee.
• Analyze macro trends and risk developments to identify emerging risks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to document risks and mitigation plans.
• Support ERM methodologies, tools, and governance processes for transparency and efficiency.
• Connect principal risks to strategic initiatives and internal audit coverage.
• Contribute to strategic analyses and ad‑hoc projects related to enterprise risk and internal audit.
• Promote risk awareness through effective collaboration and communication.
