Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced ERISA Class Action Attorney in Washington, DC. The role will drive the firm’s emerging ERISA class action practice, leveraging national reach to tackle complex ERISA matters.

The candidate will build and litigate ERISA class actions, collaborate with a nationwide team, and contribute to strategic development of the practice. JD from an ABA-accredited school and active bar membership are required.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in the state of residence.
• Significant ERISA class action litigation experience, including breach of fiduciary duty cases.

Responsibilities

• Build and litigate ERISA class actions from theory through trial.
• Collaborate with a team of employment and ERISA attorneys nationwide.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the ERISA Class Action practice.
