Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in the state of residence.
• Significant ERISA class action litigation experience.
• Strong litigation skills: motion practice, discovery, and courtroom experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and litigate ERISA class actions from theory through trial.
• Collaborate with a team of employment and ERISA attorneys nationwide.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the ERISA Class Action practice.
