Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced ERISA Class Action Attorney in Atlanta, GA to lead and grow the firm's ERISA class action practice. The role involves litigating ERISA class actions from theory to trial and coordinating with a national team of ERISA and employment attorneys.

The successful candidate will bring meaningful ERISA class action litigation experience, including breach of fiduciary duty, and demonstrate strong litigation fundamentals, strategic thinking, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing in the state where based
• Meaningful ERISA class action litigation experience, including breach of fiduciary duty cases
• Strong litigation fundamentals: motion practice, discovery, courtroom experience
• Collaborative, self-directed work style with a drive to build and grow within a high-performing team

Responsibilities

• Build and litigate ERISA class actions from theory stage through trial.
• Collaborate with a team of employment and ERISA attorneys across the firm's national platform.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the ERISA Class Action practice
