Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced ERISA Class Action Attorney to develop and lead an expanding ERISA class action practice. The role focuses on sophisticated ERISA class actions from theory through trial, with emphasis on fiduciary duty matters in retirement and health benefits.

Candidates may come from plaintiff or defense sides. You will drive litigation strategy, collaborate with ERISA and employment attorneys across our national platform, and assume significant responsibility for case

Qualifications

• Meaningful ERISA class actions experience.
• ERISA breach of fiduciary duty litigation involving retirement or health benefits.
• Strong motion practice and complex discovery experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute litigation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and litigate ERISA class actions from theory through trial.
• Handle breach of fiduciary duty claims involving retirement and health benefits.
• Lead litigation strategy, case development, and growth of the ERISA practice.
• Collaborate with ERISA and employment attorneys across a national platform.
• Draft substantive motions and manage discovery.
• Prepare for hearings, arguments, and courtroom proceedings.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to practice development.
