Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Philadelphia, PA seeks an experienced ERISA Class Action Attorney to lead the firm’s ERISA class action practice in the region.

The candidate will litigate ERISA matters from theory to trial, collaborate with a national team of employment and ERISA attorneys, and help shape strategic growth of the practice. JD and active bar in good standing required.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in the state where you are based.
• Meaningful ERISA class action litigation experience, including breach of fiduciary duty cases.
• Strong litigation fundamentals: motion practice, discovery, and courtroom experience.
• Collaborative, self-directed work style with the drive to grow within a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
