Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced ERISA Class Action Attorney in Boston, MA. The attorney will lead and develop the firm’s ERISA class action practice, collaborating with a nationwide team to litigate matters from theory to trial.

The role requires a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing in the state of residence, with substantial ERISA class action experience, including breach of fiduciary duty cases, and strong litigation fundamentals.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in the state of residence.
• Significant ERISA class action litigation experience incl. breach of fiduciary duty.
• Strong litigation fundamentals: motion practice, discovery, courtroom experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and litigate ERISA class actions from theory through trial.
• Collaborate with a team of employment and ERISA attorneys nationwide.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the ERISA Class Action practice.
