BCG Attorney Search in Los Angeles seeks an experienced ERISA Class Action Attorney to lead the firm's emerging ERISA practice. You will build and litigate complex ERISA class actions and collaborate with a national team to grow the firm's platform.

Qualified candidates have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, active bar membership, and meaningful ERISA experience including breach of fiduciary duty cases.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in the state where you are based.
• Meaningful ERISA class action litigation experience, including breach of fiduciary duty cases.
• Strong litigation fundamentals: motion practice, discovery, and courtroom experience.
• A collaborative, self-directed work style with the drive to build and grow within a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Build and litigate ERISA class actions from theory stage through trial.
• Collaborate with a team of employment and ERISA attorneys across the firm's national platform.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the ERISA Class Action practice.
