Morgan & Morgan, P.A. seeks an experienced ERISA Class Action Attorney to lead complex ERISA matters with the autonomy to shape strategy and cases. You will join a national platform of employment and ERISA attorneys and build a practice group within the firm.

The ideal candidate has substantive ERISA class action experience, fiduciary-duty exposure, and a track record of managing cases from theory through trial. This is a premier opportunity with broad resources.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in the state where you are based.
• Meaningful ERISA class action litigation experience, including breach of fiduciary duty cases.
• Strong litigation fundamentals: motion practice, discovery, and courtroom experience.
• Collaborative, self-directed work style with the drive to grow within a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Build and litigate ERISA class actions from theory to trial.
• Collaborate with employment and ERISA attorneys across the firm's national platform.
• Contribute to strategic development of the ERISA Class Action practice.
