Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced ERISA class action attorney to drive the firm’s growing ERISA practice. You will lead cases from theory through trial, shaping strategy and directing litigation with the support of a national platform.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in the state where you are based.
• Meaningful ERISA class action litigation experience — plaintiff or defense side — including breach of fiduciary duty cases.
• Strong litigation fundamentals: motion practice, discovery, and courtroom experience.
• A collaborative, self-directed work style with the drive to grow within a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Build and litigate ERISA class actions from theory to trial.
• Collaborate with employment and ERISA attorneys across the firm's national platform.
• Contribute to strategic development of the ERISA Class Action practice.
