Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced ERISA Class Action Attorney to build and litigate ERISA matters from theory to trial. You will lead cases with national resources and shape strategy within a collaborative, high-performing team.

Ideal candidates have substantial ERISA class action experience, strong motion practice, discovery and courtroom skills, and a proven ability to own matters while aligning with firm growth across markets.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in the state where you are based.
• Meaningful ERISA class action litigation experience — plaintiff or defense side — including extensive experience in breach of fiduciary duty cases involving retirement or health benefits
• Strong litigation fundamentals: motion practice, discovery, and courtroom experience
• A collaborative, self-directed work style with the drive to build and grow within a high-performing team

Responsibilities

• Build and litigate ERISA class actions from the theory stage through trial
• Collaborate with a talented team of employment and ERISA attorneys across the firm's national platform
• Contribute to the strategic development of the ERISA Class Action practice
